Sacred Agreements to Guide Our Journey Together

At Mystic Veil / Veil & Mirror, each offering is designed as a sacred container of presence, intention, and soul-illumination. Whether you are receiving a channeled message, a written transmission, or an energy-healing session, the work begins the moment you say yes. Energy stirs. Spirit listens. Your deeper self leans in.

These agreements exist to ensure our time together holds integrity, clarity, and the greatest possibility for your emergence.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you book a session — such as a Soul Reflection & Reiki, or another intuitive/energy offering — please review the following:

  • You may cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or session credit.
  • If you cancel within the 48-hour window, the session becomes non-refundable, though depending on the circumstances I may offer a one-time rescheduling.

Life happens. Communicate as soon as you can — I meet you with grace.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify me ahead of time, the appointment is considered completed, and is neither refundable nor reschedulable.

However — if something truly unexpected occurs and you reach out promptly, compassion takes priority. Please contact me so we can assess together.

Digital & Written Offerings — Letters, Messages & Transmissions

This includes personalized channeled letters (like the “Sacred Letter, Channeled Light”), “Divine DMs”, or other written transmissions. For these:

  • Once I begin crafting the piece (energetic attunement starts at the moment of purchase), the offering is final.
  • Turnaround times will be specified at purchase; should there be any delivery issues, please contact me and I will ensure it reaches you.
  • Because each message is uniquely attuned to you, refunds are not available once the work is in process.

Memberships, Month-Long Containers & Programs

If you enroll in a longer-term offering (for example: a month-long sanctuary of guidance, reflection and energetic holding):

  • Commitment is for the full scope of the program.
  • Refunds are not offered once the container begins, given the collective and continuous nature of the work.
  • If extraordinary circumstances arise, please contact me to discuss possible alternatives.

Refunds

Given the energetic and bespoke nature of all offerings, once the session or channelled piece has been delivered (or the program has begun), the service is considered final.

Should there be a technical error, interruption in delivery, or a mis­alignment in service promise, please let me know promptly so I may make it right.
